At Lupetal, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below. We accept returns within30 days of the delivery date for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund to your original payment method. If you are returning an item due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error-damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Lupetal will cover the return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
